Surname in all-caps

...with the surname in all-caps. This is a convention used in certain places, such as:

The CIA World Factbook
The Olympic Games
Esperanto communities

The idea is to make it clear which of a person’s names are the surname since the ordering of names varies from place-to-place. Since the Internet is an international entity, & since I do communicate via it with people around the world, I try to follow this convention.
