What copyright notice should be used on music CDs or mp3s?
Note that in the US (& lots of other places) a copyright notice is not required. (But it can still be a good idea.)
Standard copyright notice for the composer & lyricist? Phonograph copyright notice for the performer? (Of course the composer, lyricist, or performer could have assigned ownership of their copyright to someone else. The notice should actually cite the copyright owner.)
